Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

All individuals who have purchased SlimCell are eligible for a full refund minus a $15.00 return handling fee.  To be eligible for a refund, the following must apply:

  1. Refund requests must be written and submitted via email to          clientservices@thinnrweightloss.com.
  2. Refund requests will not be accepted by phone.
  3. All refund requests must be submitted via email to clientservices@thinnrweightloss.com and received by the SlimCell support team no later than 11:59 p.m. EST and within seven (10) days from the date the order was placed.
  4. The product must be returned to SlimCell, and SlimCell must receive the returned product(s). Once the returned product has been received, your refund will be issued.
  5. Customer is required to pay the return shipping.  We recommend obtaining tracking information for return verification.
  6. If any of the above criteria are not met, a refund will not be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of the refund for it to appear on your statement.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: SlimCell LLC, 3225 S. MacDill Ave #129-151 Tampa FL 33629

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
